Calibrated live mode: the board now separates player quality from transaction value. Claim means the incoming player clears the actual Longboys drop cost plus the roster-fit hurdle; K and D/ST require a real Week 1 edge over the current starter. The Aug. 17 board is historical context only.

Player Value blends absolute ESPN projection strength with within-position standing, so a thin waiver pool no longer makes every top available player look elite.

Raw Δ is incoming Player Value minus the named drop candidate. Roster fit is the explicit positional adjustment. Net Δ is what drives Claim/Watch/Ignore.
